Who doesn’t love pink? Celebrate the glory of Heathcote’s pinks by Sanguine Estate, Montevecchio and Chalmers. This elegant mix not only look pretty, they also taste divine.

2x Montevecchio 2017 Rosato: Montevecchio Rosato is made from a new blend of 77% lambrusco maestri and 23% lagrein. Two rare varieties from Northern Italy co-fermented to create a pretty pink, delicious drop.Plush red fruit and aromatic spice with a rose hip and a lingering finish make the rosato a good match for good company sunshine sips on the deck this summer.

2x Chalmers 2018 Rosato: Who doesn’t love rosé? The Chalmers Rosato is made from mostly Aglianico with a splash of Nero d’Avola and Sagrantino. All three varieties are growing on the prized top block at the Heathcote vineyard which is a complex rocky site with green basalt, ironstone, dolerite and fractured limestone. The block gives a distinct elegance and prettiness to the red varieties grown there, even though these varieties are usually more muscular. The Aglianico portion is fermented in old barriques and the other two are co-fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness. The end result is a serious yet slurpable pale, dry and textural rose.

2x Sanguine Estate 2019 Rose: Very pretty salmon hue. Aromas of Ripe apple and strawberry with a savoury complexity derived from natural fermentation in old oak.A soft fruity palate with an elegant dry finish.
